R. David Kelly

• Over 35 years real estate, investment management, and investment banking experience.

• Over his career he has arranged over $50 billion of financial transactions and developed over $3.5 billion in real estate assets, including over $400 million in public private partnerships.

• Highly experienced developer, with approximately 12,000 units built over the course of his career at a company that he co-founded, Carleton Companies.

• Prior to co-founding Carleton, he worked at The Trammell Crow Company, after beginning his career at Goldman Sachs. • Chairman of the Teacher’s Retirement System of Texas (~$160bn pension fund, currently the 20th largest in the world) from 2009-2017.

• He is currently lead independent director of TCW Direct Lending, a director of The Invesco REIT, a director of Ashton Woods (top 20 home builder in the USA), and a director of Children’s Hospital of Dallas (Plano Governing Board).

• Mr. Kelly received his MBA from Stanford and attended Harvard as an undergraduate.

Dave Boillot

• Prior to joining Croesus, served as Director of Development at Young woo & Associates, where he was in charge of the redevelopment of the historic Pier 57 in Manhattan into a 500k square foot commercial center.

• Previously, he worked in real estate private equity at AEW and Citi Property Investors, where he focused on opportunistic acquisitions, both in the US and in Asia.

• Mr. Boillot graduated from Columbia University, and he also received a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

John Wilson

• Prior to joining Croesus, was a partner at the Intervest Companies, a developer, owner and operator of multifamily, hotel, and office assets. At Intervest, Mr. Wilson was responsible for the management and operations of thousands of apartment units, and he was also in charge of the firm’s development platform.

• Mr. Wilson graduated from the University of Texas, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
